Many health plans reimburse for a portion of chiropractic treatment.  Due to variations in insurance policies (even under the same carrier), we recommend that you contact your insurance company or benefits coordinator to verify your policy benefits.  Our staff will confirm your benefits, but this does not guarantee payment by the insurance company.

We are preferred providers for most health insurance companies and accept worker's compensation and personal injury (motor vehicle accident) insurance.  Following is a partial list of insurance companies for which we are preferred providers:

For most of these plans no referral is required. The only plan which requires a referral from your family doctor to see a chiropractor is Blue Choice Senior. The Rochester Chiropractic Group is proud to participate in all these insurance plans.

Medicaid does not cover chiropractic services. We would appreciate if your Medicaid referrals are made to Mercy Outreach Center, 142 Webster Avenue, Rochester, New York, (585) 288-2634, where both Dr. Ventura and Dr. Justice volunteer their services.

We also accept cash, checks, Mastercard and Visa.  Payment plans are available for patients who require treatment, but are unable to pay in full at the time of service. 

We highly recommend that our patients confirm their chiropractic benefits with their insurance carrier. 

Pay for your chiropractic treatment with pre-tax dollars and save.  If your employer sponsors a health care spending program in which you participate, ask us for a receipt for any payments that you make.  It is certainly worth an inquiry to find out if your company sponsors a program.
